ESG Cert provides its services for various proprietary schemes, programs and protocols in the field of legal and regulatory compliance, logistics, good practices in the Life Science sector and processes adopted for information management and security.
The terms program, protocol or scheme mean a set of rules and management procedures for carrying out validation and verification activities.
The program owner is the person or organization responsible for the development and maintenance of a specific validation and/or verification program. The owner may be the validation and verification body itself, a government authority, a trade association, a group of validation/verification bodies or another third party.
Conformity assessments on proprietary programs are conducted according to their regulations and under the control of the Technical and Supervisory Committee of ESG Cert.
The assessment process begins with a formal agreement with the owners of the program, sharing timings, deadlines and the methods for the evaluation.
Based on the type of each program and its specific needs, the evaluation process can take place either on-site or entirely remotely.
